I had the opportunity to interact with Vishnu yesterday and for sure I will make Gargash my first port-of-call for all future insurance needs. We had something to be done urgently which, in a nutshell, required the policy to be issued within a span of a few hours.
Upon our request, Vishnu pulled out all the stops in order to make this happen - right from understanding our exact need, recommending the right products, processing the paper-work and issuing the medical card ALL was done within a span of a few hours.
What was great was his responsiveness and driving a consistent feedback loop through emails and phone calls. Unlike others who keep repeating SLAs/Time-lines etc, Vishnu was a delight to work with.
Thank you Vishnu, for all that you did yesterday
