Online premium payment is a service extended to our customers whereby you need not come to our office and can pay premium online from wherever you are at your convenience. The payment is made vide the internet from any PC by logging on to GARGASH website (www.gargashinsurance.com). The documents would be sent to you by courier FREE OF COST.

How can I avail this service?

You can contact our customer service staff at the numbers/ emails given below either by phone or by mail and discuss about your requirements. We would be more than pleased to help you with your queries.

Our Customer Service Staff will update the online payment module with your relevant details after acceptance of terms from your end and willingness to pay online. Once we update our systems an automatic email would be sent to you. If you do not have an email id our customer service staff will either call or fax you the Quote Reference Number. Should you not receive the same automatically please contact customer service staff at Gargash Insurance Services.

A quote reference number is a unique number assigned to your quotation on the online payment module, this is created by our Customer Service Staff. You will have to enter this number to retrieve your details on the online payment module on our website and make the payment.

How long does it take to start the cover?

The cover would be effective from the date as mentioned in the insurance document provided to you.

Can I get refund through online system?

For refunds of any kind please contact the customer service staff at out office. No refunds are paid online

We capture your financial information such as credit card number and CVV over a secure link using recognized industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts the data whilst passing it over the web. This will be indicated on most browsers by a lock in the status bar at the bottom of the screen. Firewalls are used to block unauthorised traffic to the servers and the actual servers are locked in a secure location which can only be accessed by authorised personnel.

Your card details are directly handled by THE BANK only and NOT by Gargash Insurance Services LLC. All the information that we save for you is protected by firewalls and a wide range of IT security measures.

Is there any additional charges for using online payment facility?

The online payment facility including the delivery of documents at your doorsteps comes to you absolutely FREE OF COST.

How will I receive insurance documents?

The insurance documents will be couriered to the address provided by you on the online payment module.
